Welcome to AINGLER App ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content, including photos and measurements of fish, that you post or transmit through our Services ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with our Services.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses described in these Terms.

6. Competitions and Challenges

Our App may host fishing competitions and challenges. By participating, you agree to comply with the specific rules and guidelines for each competition or challenge. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in unfair practices.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of our Services may be offered for a fee or on a subscription basis. By purchasing such features, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use our Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services.
